We ship via GDEX (GD EXPRESS SDN BHD) and your package should arrive within 1-3 business days within Malaysia.
For International shipping, kindly refer to No.3. Orders will be shipped out when full payment is processed.

You can track your order via GDEX with the tracking number provided in your purchase order once we’ve shipped out the items.
If there is a need on changing your delivery address after placing an order, please contact ( firstname.lastname@example.org )immediately. As your goods ship within 24 hours, we will try our best to accommodate to the change of address as soon as possible, but if the order has left our warehouse,
there is nothing we can do. In the case that we call GDEX to halt the package and change the address, you could be charged with fees that will require them to do so.
Every order placed before 2:00 PM (MYT), Monday through to Friday will
be shipped within 24 hours. However, BadHabit is unable to control the status of your shipment after it leaves our shipping department.
GDEX may incur delays due to weather or public holidays. International orders may take longer depending on customs, so please allow extra business days from the Standard / Express delivery option chosen. Also, please note that inconsistencies in your order (such as differing billing and shipping addresses) may possibly delay your order. Please enter a valid phone number where you can be reached in your account information to avoid delays, in case one of our PLAINE representatives needs to reach you for more information.
You may return items that are in the same condition as shipped out, unworn and unwashed – in exchange for another item. Your returned item must arrive at our office no later than 7 working days from the day you receive the item.
Returns/Exchange are only limited to full priced items.
Please be aware that if you choose to return your items, the returns costs are to be paid by the customer. However, the second delivery costs will be on us.
Contact us at email@example.com stating your reason for returning in exchange for another item of the same/higher price, with your Order Number, Name, Email and Contact Number.
We will then approve the exchange with a delivery address.
1 At your nearest post office, enclose a note with the item inside your parcel, stating your Order Number, Name, Email and Contact
2 Package your parcel securely.
3 Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject “Returns #OrderNumber”; in the email please state your Name, Email and Contact Number, along with your parcel’s tracking info.
4 Please ensure to keep you tracking number and postage receipt safe in case your return gets lost on its way to us. Please note that any lost returns will not be liable to us.

Once your orders have been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email including the tracking details of your parcel. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. Every effort is made to have your items delivered within the specified window. PLAINE will not be deemed responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.
We do make an effort to check all items to make sure they are in mint condition. However, if it does happen please let us know immediately.
Take a photo of your item (the part that is faulty) and include a short description along with your order number and send to firstname.lastname@example.org . We will exchange your item for a new one, subject to availability.
For such cases, the shipping cost for returns will be compensated through bank transfers. So do keep a copy of your postage cost for verification.
If the item you request is no longer in stock, we will do a refund via bank transfers / PayPal which may take up to 15-20 working days.
What if I received an incorrect item or did not receive an item I ordered?
Do let us know immediately via email at email@example.com along with your order number and we’ll get it sorted out for you.
What should I do if I want to send back an order for an exchange?
• Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days from recipient of goods to notify us of the exchange.
• Please state the items you have received and the reason of exchange, and include your customer order number.
• Do ensure that the product has the original tags and is unworn and unwashed.
• Only upon receiving a reply from us with an Exchange Authorization Number (E.A.#) and further instructions, do you send your item(s) back to us.
• For domestic returns, registered mail is highly recommended. We shall not be responsible for loss of mail if the return parcel is unregistered.
• For international returns, please return the package at your preferred postal
• service at your location
• All postal fees and custom charges are borne by the customer. Unless items you received are faulty or we packed the wrong item for you.
• Please take care to secure your return parcel as well as possible and send it back with a courier service you trust. PLAINE is not responsible for missing return products and/or parcels in transit. The return parcel remains in your care until it reaches us.
• Unfortunately, SALE items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
Refunds will only be made if we are unable to fufill your exchange request.
Refunds will be made via bank transfers / PayPal and may take up to 15-20 working days.
If you work, it would be advisable to ship to your office address because postal services like PosLaju operate between 8:30am to 8pm on weekdays and 8:30am to 5pm on Saturdays.
If no one is physically able to collect your parcel on delivery after two attempts, your parcel will either be held at the nearest PosLaju office to you or sent back to us.
Putting an item into your cart does not mean the item is reserved. Until you proceed to checkout and make payment, that item will still be made available to other buyers.
Our prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). However, we offer currency options in SGD and USD for our international customers.
We apologize that not every style will be restocked as we do not mass produce and reproduce our pieces. You can subscribe to our newsletter and you will receive an email when certain style comes back in stock.
